DANCE MEDICINE - ongoing
Dance and movement are affirmations of the mystery, variety and wonder
of life. Through movement we can get in touch with the gifts, talents,
wisdom and resources that are contained within our bodies in the
present moment. Through dance we can remember ourselves and tap
into our innate "dance medicine" letting the dance move us - the
dance that is at the core of everything.

CORE CONNEXION Community - ongoing
Our bodies are the temples of our souls. Our practice is to
find and follow the dancing energies in our bodies - to come home to our selves.
After a guided warm-up-practice to help us connect with the body and the dance,
we explore our own dance in community.

Soul Medicine
Inner Resources in a Changing World
Soul Medicine takes us on a journey to our innermost wisdom renewing the
connection to our core and soul track.
In this workshop, we will dance softly and wild, listen deeply and get in
touch with our authentic dance. Here we can find our center, our grounding,
our resources for life – our Dance Medicine.

Dance Medicine – The Core
Land of Medicine Buddha Retreat Center
Santa Cruz,
California
June 11th -13th 2010
Come celebrate the spirit of community and the aliveness through dance and
nature. This retreat is an opportunity to dance, relax, deepen connections,
make new ones and experience spaciousness in a peaceful setting. The
sessions will invite us to experience our inner nature and dance medicine
through movement.
We will dance Friday night, Saturday + Sunday morning. Afternoons and nights
will be filled with nature, relaxation, laughter, community, space,
etc...Fun! The plan is to return Sunday afternoon rejuvenated! The retreat
starts Friday evening, June 11th (check in is 4pm) and ends Sunday
afternoon, June 13th after lunch.

Dance Medicine Mandala

Dance, Expression, Nature
In Core Connexion we reconnect with the aliveness that dances at the core of
all of us - of all living beings. We activate our life energy, creativity,
joy, awareness and self-healing forces. When we dive into the deep sources
of our bodily wisdom and inner nature, we can move beyond our social and
cultural roles and language barriers and dance for the renewal, healing and
recovery of self and the world.
In this workshop participants from Europe, Canada, USA and New Zealand will
come together to move, dance and celebrate the spirit of creativity
together.
The mornings will be filled with movement in the studio. In the afternoons
or evenings we will be playing in nature and also have time to just be in
the wonderful surroundings of Schloss Glarisegg.
