Honoring the energy of spring and new creativity, CoreConnexion invites us to explore our movement creativity and to get in touch with the deep aliveness at our core. From here we will listen to our body's and soul’s promptings, following whatever emerges from moment to moment. Through playful connection with ourselves, the space or others, we can find our own expression and discover our individual and authentic aliveness.
Each day begins with a movement meditation preparing body and mind to embark on a journey that invites movement and stillness, listening and expression, body and soul, community awareness and co-creation. We will use a wide variety of techniques to grow awareness of body, movement, space and relationship and a connection to all 4 levels of our intelligence.

Summer Dance Retreat - Soul Dancers

For thousands of years humans have danced for healing, aliveness, guidance or transformation. Dance is a universal language that takes us beyond the limits of the spoken word and conscious thought on a journey into the deeper world of sensations, emotions and awareness of our unique aliveness and authentic self. CoreConnexion invites us to explore our movement creativity and to get in touch with the deep aliveness at our core, which lies beyond gender, roles, age or race. Through playful connection with ourselves or others, we can find our own expression and discover our individual and authentic aliveness.
Each day begins with a meditation preparing body and mind to embark on a journey that invites movement and stillness, listening and expression, body and soul, community awareness and co-creation. In the afternoons we will play in nature to get in touch with our inner nature. The practice is a refuge for us to come home to our core!
There will also be free time to explore the wonderful surroundings of Castle Glarisegg in Switzerland.

Let yourself be transformed by the dance, the community and the fire of the soul. Together we will dance there, where the known meets and mingles with the unknown. For thousands of years humans have danced for healing, aliveness, orientation or transformation. Dance is a universal language, which goes far beyond the limitations of the spoken word and conscious thought. These workshops invite us to explore our unique dance and creativity and to get in touch with our deep aliveness – our core. Through conscious movement we can find our own expression and follow our individual aliveness and soul track. Core Connexion is a path, which transforms and inspires people from all over the world.
