Dance Medicine Mandala

In Core Connexion we reconnect with the aliveness that dances at the core of all of us - of all living beings. We activate our life energy, creativity, joy, awareness and self-healing forces. When we dive into the deep sources of our bodily wisdom and inner nature, we can move beyond our social and cultural roles and language barriers and dance for the renewal, healing and recovery of self and the world.
In this workshop participants from Europe, Canada, USA and New Zealand will come together to move, dance and celebrate the spirit of creativity together.
The mornings will be filled with movement in the studio. In the afternoons or evenings we will be playing in nature and also have time to just be in the wonderful surroundings of Schloss Glarisegg.

Dance Medicine Journey - Innermost Wisdom
Dance Medicine journey takes us on a journey to our innermost wisdom renewing the connection to our inner nature and path of our soul.
In this workshop, we will dance softly and wildly, listen deeply and get in touch with our authentic dance. Here we can find our center, our grounding, our resources for life – our Dance Medicine. In this interdisciplinary workshop, we combine techniques from psychology, the expressive arts, brain science, and contemplative traditions in order to promote inner resources and tools for changing the brain to benefit our whole being. Participants have the opportunity to experience an in-depth healing journey into the landscape of body, spirit and the psyche through the exploration of personal and collective stories.

“Spark” takes us on a journey to our innermost wisdom and energy, revitalizing our spark, the sacred aliveness that dances at the core of all of us.
We will explore the igniting power of our inner fire that comes from the depth of the human spirit. We will explore how we can live in an alive body, with a passionate heart, an open mind and an embodied soul - how we can be passionately present for ourselves, others and the world.
Spark takes us on a journey speaking directly to the inherent and passionate wisdom within each of us.
