We are and life is a creative process and we can use this process in all circumstances. We can dance, we can draw, we can explore. As long as I allow myself to be truly present for life, I can use the energy, the questions and intensity of whatever is going on – happiness, anger, confusion, change, etc… - to be creative and fuel the fire of my soul. I am staying involved with the process. I can be a creative ritual of birthing myself anew.

On the dance floor each participant is their own unique expert and brings their own creativity and “Spark” to the community. 

Come and join us on the journey to ourselves through dance, movement and the expressive arts. Let yourself be transformed by the dance, the community and the fire of the soul.  In “Sparks” we explore the creative power of the Core Connexion process to fuel the fire of the soul and gain tools for being truly alive.  

 

This workshop also is a prerequisite for the Core Connexion training, (4/27 -5/3 workshop included), if you have not worked with Core Connexion before. 

 

Friday night only $25, 7-9pm, Saturday 11am - 5pm, Sunday 11am - 5pm, Weekend: early bird registration by March 22nd: $195, after that $215, (certified CC-practitioners early bird: $170, after that $190)

Everything dances: The clouds in the sky, the waves in the ocean, the flowers open and close according to the light, animals dance, breath dances in our bodies and our heartbeat is drumming its rhythm. For thousands of years humans have danced for healing, aliveness, orientation or transformation. Dance is a universal language, which goes far beyond the spoken word. In this workshop I invite you to explore your own dance and creativity and to get in touch with your deep aliveness - your core. Through conscious movement we can find our own expression and follow our individual aliveness. We get in touch with our own innate "Dance Medicine".
