Come join us on the journey, connecting to the 7 energy centers along our centerline - our energetic core! We will explore these different parts of our bodily and energetic intelligence, becoming aware and building a strong connection to the wholeness of who we are.
We will build a strong foundation guiding our awareness into the body, inviting creativity and power, uniqueness as well as interconnection, expression and listening, witnessing and surrendering to the big dance that lives at the core of each of us.
Sundays Core Connexion Lab: 10am – noon, No class 6/30!
Join us in this highly experiemental class. We are interested in a practice of being mindful and bodyful at the same time!
