Dancing Life from Your Core!
Ongoing Classes in Berkeley
We are and life is a creative process and we can use this process in all circumstances. We can dance, we can draw, we can explore. As long as I allow myself to be truly present for life, I can use the energy, the questions and intensity of whatever is going on – happiness, anger, confusion, change, etc… - to be creative and fuel the fire of my soul. I am staying involved with the process. I can be a creative ritual of birthing myself anew.
On the dance floor each participant is their own unique expert and brings their own creativity and “Spark” to the community.
Come and join us on the journey to ourselves through dance, movement and the expressive arts. Let yourself be transformed by the dance, the community and the fire of the soul.

After a beginning meditation to prepare body and mind, we embark on a dance journey into the "NOW". In Core Connexion we invite presence through the tools of “Anchoring in the NOW”. These tools are woven throughout the practice sessions. Allowing our bodies to lead the way, we can deeply get in touch with ourselves and our innermost resources - our "dance medicine".
Wednesdays 7pm - 9pm (No Class throughout August)
